Admissions

From 1st September 2015, all Kirklees schools will adopt a new online admissions system.

The first step in the admissions process is to register on the Kirklees Parent Portal. If you need any help with this process, please contact any of the NLC schools.

When to apply:

• If your child is starting secondary school in September 2016, you must apply online between 1 September 2015 and 31 October 2015.


• If your child is starting junior or middle school in September 2016, you must apply online between 1 September 2015 and 15 January 2016.


• If your child is starting primary school (reception) in September 2016, you must apply online between 1 September 2015 and 16 January 2016 (applies for children born between 1 September 2011 and 31 August 2012).

Please return your completed admission form to us by Wednesday 19th July to ensure we hold all the correct emergency contact details and information on file for your child.

The first day of the new academic year is Tuesday 5th September 2017.
