CLICK is the special name we give to our Creative Curriculum - Creative Learning Inspires Clever Kids!

Our CLICK sessions are all topic based. So, for example, a Year 3 CLICK topic is called "Who first lived in Britain?" This is a topic based around the Stone Age. Through this topic, rather than having separate lessons for each subject, most subjects are taught within CLICK.

This may involve creating Stone Age jewellery in Design and Technology, looking at rock types in Science and creating cave paintings in Art!

We closely observe the children at work, assess their final outcomes and monitor their progress. This enables us to help all our children to progress to the next step of their learning.

We find that by using a central theme or topic, our children become immersed and engaged in their learning and are keen to find out more when they go home. We actively encourage parents/carers to take a role in their child's learning and we really appreciate any support you can offer.
